Onboard

During the onboarding call, we learn about your PMS system, specific needs, and preferences. We review your tasks and workload so we can match you with a VA who fits seamlessly into your office and ensures the best placement possible.

Integrate

This is where you meet your VA and begin office-specific training. Your practice manager or team member will guide the VA through your workflows, systems, and preferences. This step ensures your VA becomes a true extension of your office.

Go Live

This is your Virtual Assistant’s first day working in your practice. We make sure everything is fully connected, run mock calls, and test systems so that the transition is smooth and your VA is set up for success from day one.
